Was doing research on getting some decent Chinese food and came across this place, about 30 minutes from the house so was having high hopes. The place was empty when I got there and empty when I left, which in some cases can be a bit concerning but I came a little after lunch time so was probably just a lull. I tried 3 items, beef dumplings, scallion pancakes and the beef noodle soup. The dumplings were hot and the broth was rich, the scallion pancakes were fresh as well, perfect crunch and softness. The beef noodle soup was a little bland but the noodles were perfectly cooked. They have the robot servers doing most of the heavy lifting but at least a human brought the bowl of soup over. Definitely a place I'll go back to, at least to try some different items. Madison Heights appears to be the place to go for more authentic Chinese food so am looking forward to try more places.

Home of Robbie da Robot and family deliver food and drinks to your table . A truly unique experience from the future, yes eliminate all the staff the goal of all restaurants. A dozen plus tables of diner's and only one waiter has trained the robots well. I went for Cold Chinese Noodles seen on website Nope don't have that knocked off a star. Here's what we ate directly from online menu. Szechuan Noodle soup $12.99 Spicy. Spicy beef broth, fried ground pork, soybeans, ground garlic, peanuts, preserved szechuan pickle, green veggie, cilantro, green onion, sesame., By-Gee-Mo (Pork Bun) Pork belly meat, baked Chinese bun. Beef Dumpling $10.99 Juicy ground beef, carrots, onion, Griddle Pie, Chinese style crepe, crispy cracker, preserved szechuan pickle, green onion, sweet sauce. Lamb Kebab Lamb kebab (6 sticks), cumin powder, salt. mostly all fat like many reviews say. Over all a total 4 star experience Food was not as good like Lan City my favorite. #noodletopia @noodletopiamh #lambkabob #beefdumplings #szechuannoodles #robotwaiter #handpullednoodles #noodlehouse #downriverfriendseat

Food was amazing. Ordered the Szechuan noodles and the Tomato and shaved egg noodle dishes which was best ramen I have had in area. You watch the chef make The noodles which is a plus and you taste the quality. Service was mediocre. We sat for 10 minutes with nobody coming to tell us how ordering worked. Once we figured out you use barcode scan to order via phone things went smooth. Server never really tried to explain dishes when delivered and/or refill our water. That said, I would overlook the mediocre service for the phenomenal food. PS PARKING is weird. Have to park behind building. I initially pulled in after restaurant to find it was parking for next door auto shop with no way to access parking for restaurant.

Delicious handmade noodles & soup dumplings, all served to us by a robot. We can't wait to go back. Hopefully, when it's not 95° outside, lol. #totallyworthit

Noodle Topia hand stretches their own noodles and they are phenomenal. The broths are super flavorful and have that warm cozy feeling. There is a robot that sends your food over after ordering on your phone, so that makes it hard to request more waters or sauces, etc. The braised beef noodle soup is my favorite with super tender meat and great veggie combos. The pork soup dumplings are ok, but satisfy that craving. Come for the noodles for sure!

Stopped here on a Friday night for dinner with a friend. The place had a steady stream of people in and out. Was very easy to get a table. When you drive there you park and enter through the back. Use the driveway to the right/south of the building, mind you it's a narrow two way drive. When you enter, you seat yourself (they should put a sign up). Once seated you are greeted by the robot delivering waters to your table. There is a QR code on the utensil holder to order your food with the table number already tagged. I'd say that the menu on their website is more descriptive than the one you are linked to from the QR code so we had one open on each of our phones. It's a short menu, but this makes ordering easier plus they do these items very well. You order online and pay up front. Items come out via robot as they are ready. They do hand deliver soup bc it's so hot and probably spills a little as the robot bumps along. Some have mentioned that the robot is loud and it plays a different song each time it's doing a delivery which is helpful so you perk up to see if it's yours. We didn't find it loud but entertaining and cute. It has a little kitty face that has expressions. Food was excellent. I got the beef noodle soup and my friend got the almond chicken. We split the soup dumplings. Everything came out hot, we had to let it cool. Soup was flavorful and simple just what I wanted. It highlights the noodles which you can see behind the kitchen windows are being hand pulled. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and hit the spot. Soup dumplings were very flavorful and the first time I've had them, they were really hot and risky to take off the robot but worth the risk. Some negatives were that we had to ask for napkins, they only have Kleenex boxes at the tables which is a little odd but I've been to places with stranger offerings. It tells me some Asian grandma is making sure you feel like you're at home with some good food. And we didn't get any water refills, we had to flag down the one server that was managing the robots and he wasn't very attentive. Like another reviewer said they should have a call button to request the server for water, to go containers, napkins, anything you can't get from the order menu. They also have a busbot that he sends to the table and then loads up the tubs with dirty dishes. The turnover of tables was fast and the robot manager was very attentive and got food out quickly. We stayed a while because it wasn't very busy; there were always at least 3-4 tables open. Enjoyed watching the videos of street market vendors making different foods. And was a nice chill place to sit and chat, just what we were looking for. They offer sake, beer, pops, and bubble tea as drinks but we didn't order any. No dessert that I saw either besides the bubble tea or Oreo dirtea.

Was looking for a quick dinner so we stopped here as if was on our way and holy cow we were absolutely blown away. My partner got the braised beef noodle soup with extra noodles. The broth was so delicious and rich and the beef was so incredibly tender it absolutely fell apart. I got the beyond noodle bowl which had a lovely spicy salty garlicky sauce. The absolute stand out from this experience was, of course, the noodles. I loved watching the man behind the counter hand pulling the noodles for our orders and you can tell these noodles were made fresh because they were perfectly chewy and bouncy with a fantastic flavor. All in all, I highly recommend this place for a casual dinner and hope to come back to try their dim sum

I'm so happy I found this place! I love Szechuan noodle soup and since I moved out here I've been looking for a good place that has it. The one here is so good. I'm going to get it all the time now. It's just right amount of spice and very flavorful. 10/10 for sure. The spicy wontons were also super good im definitely going to be getting those again as well! The griddle pie was good, not exactly my taste but I enjoyed trying it! Would be a good appetizer to try with a group since the potion size it pretty big. Prices are decent for the amount of food given. I just did carry out, but inside looked nice too. Will have to go eat in one day to have the robot waiters, they were adorable. Overall definitely recommend and I will be back!
